Everything that’s ever been created first started with a thought. Everything You’ve ever said or done, first started with a thought. Based on that, would you agree that it’s fair to say “Thoughts Create Things?”
If Thoughts Create Things, it seems fair to say that good thoughts create good things and bad thoughts create bad things. It also stands to reason that bad thoughts create bad feelings and good thoughts create good feelings.
Which would say that feelings are indicators of our thoughts. If feelings are indicators of our thoughts, then what do your feelings tell you you’re thinking, good thoughts or bad thoughts?
If you want to change your feelings, all you have to do is change your thoughts. Feeling bad, angry, depressed, anxious, or happy, all come from the thoughts we are dwelling on.
I would encourage you to take a look at all the areas of your life. How do you feel when you think about each area, good or bad? Remember, that feeling is an indicator for what you ARE creating in that area of your life. If some aspect of your life doesn’t feel as good as you’d like it to, then start finding some new thoughts to focus on, with respect to that aspect.
No one but you can change your thoughts, which means no one but you is responsible for your feelings or what is happening in your life. For many people it’s time to stop giving all their power away and blaming everyone else for how they feel and for all the “bad” things happening in their life.
This also means you really can feel wonderful any time, any place and under any circumstances that you choose to. YOU HAVE THE POWER AND CONTROL!
