No. Although it is common to see changes after just one session, I would be doing us both a disservice to only do one session. Most people are very ingrained in their habits and patterns, so it takes time to establish new patterns and habits. Most people can make the basic changes in 6 – 12 months. After achieving great results and seeing how a coach helps them continually improve and achieve greater things, many people continue coaching long term.
Coaching sessions are scheduled for one hour, but typically last 30-45 minutes, depending on the specific needs and challenges of the week.
In most cases coaching sessions happen on a weekly basis. Obviously it’s okay to miss a week, especially when you’re on vacation or sick. It is important to meet on a consistent basis, to ensure you’re on track and doing the “right things” right and continually moving forward, towards your goals, desires and dreams.
