Pricing:

Each job is quoted, based on how much you want me to do and how much you want to do.  So you will not see a “so many pages for so much money” statement here.  What you will see are some typical examples, to give you an idea of what your expenses could run.

My bill rate is $60/hr

A typical Joomla Template setup would include:

• Joomla installation.
• Template creation.
  • Layout.
  • Structure.
  • Colors.
  • Header graphic setup – you provide the graphic.
• Menu setup – designed for you to maintain and add to.
• Site structure – designed for you to maintain and add to.
• Home page.
• 1-3 pages, with text provided by you..
• Footer setup.
• Security features to minimize hacking and/or spamming.
• Basic SEO setup for each page.
• Google Analytics Installation.

You will have a functional website, ready for you to add additional content/pages.

Billing time: Typically 3-4 hours for coding and 1 hour for basic training (May take one to two actual days).

Additional pages and features are billed at the hourly rate.  It really depends on the complexity and depth of what you want.

Adding an Integrated Shopping Cart:

A typical shopping cart setup would include:

• Installation and configuration.
• Shipping setup.
• Payment setup.
• Product structure setup (enabling you to easily add products).
• Setup for 3-5 products.
• Terms of use and privacy statement setups (you provide the text).
• User administration setup.
• Spam/hacker blocking features.

You will have a functional store, ready for you to add additional products.

Billing time: Typically 6-10 hours for coding and 1 hour for basic training (May take several actual days).

Custom HTML Sites:

Custom HTML Sites are not designed for the user to maintain and by the nature of being “custom” are hard to give estimates on.  I have built basic sites, following “typical” web conventions (nothing real bizarre) in 3-4 billable hours.  Again, it’s a working site, with menus, 3-4 pages, and all custom to you.   You provide the text and the graphics.

I have sites, both custom and Joomla based that have over a hundred hours of billable time invested.  These sites are elaborate, very custom and very large.  I can handle the large and the small.

I can also build your header graphics and help you with other graphics, depending on your needs.  But, I am NOT a graphic designer, so your needs can surpass my skills very quickly, in which case I can recommend several graphic designers.  Although I can usually help you get the graphics you want/need without adding the graphic design expense.
